Core temperature monitoring during pasteurization and sterilization processes

When you are about to monitor the temperature of your products during a pasteurization or sterilization process it is important to monitor the coldest spot inside your product, usually the core of it. So, positioning the probe inside your product's container is very important and must be done carefully. Up to now you had to make holes on caps or container surfaces and fix the probes somehow, with different types of tools.

With very small autoclave loggers, like the S-Micro, the smallest autoclave logger ever made, this operation was not needed anymore as you can put the logger directly inside the container.

But how can you position the sensing part of the probe, usually the tip, exactly at the core of the product?

Tecnosoft comes in help once more, with the fixing base, an adjustable double base fixed to the containers walls with a special rubber, very strong yet easy to remove. In the second base the logger is fixed and, with different spacers length, you can regulate its position inside the container. The base can be fixed on every wall, on the cap and on the base of the container. The base works with all kind of autoclave loggers.

Quando vi apprestate a monitorare la temperatura a cuore del prodotto è importante monitorare il punto freddo all'interno del prodotto, solitamente il cuore del prodotto. Perciò, posizionare la sonda all'interno della confezione del vostro prodotto è molto importante ed è un'operazione da fare con attenzione. Fino ad ora dovevi fare  buchi sulle superfici o sulle capsule e fissare la sonda in qualche modo, con diversi strumenti.

Con data logger per autoclave molto piccoli, come l'S-Micro, il più piccolo oggi disponibile, queste operazioni non erano più necessarie dato che puoi mettere il data logger direttamente nel contenitore.

Ma come puoi posizionare la parte sensibile della sonda, solitamente la punta, esattamente a cuore del prodotto? Tecnosoft viene in aiuto ancora una volta, con la base di fissaggio, una doppia base con diversi distanziatori che permette di regolare la posizione del logger nella confezione. Si fissa alla superficie grazie ad una gomma speciale, resistente ma allo stesso tempo facile da rimuovere. Sulla seconda base si fissa il logger. La base si può fissare sul fondo, sul tappo o sulle apreti verticali della confezione. La base funziona con tutti i tipi di data logger per autoclave.
